It's official

Or, at least, it's as official as I think it's going to get. I just gave the surgeon my credit card number: the $6,000 charge is going through, and the surgery is a go.

I spent some time last night probing the web for more people's experiences with abdominoplasty; I found a number of logs from women who've been through the experience, but none from men. I find that a little unusual, although I guess men don't get as much plastic surgery as women? Also, women will have this surgery after having gone through multiple childbirths, something that men don't have to deal with.
